The Photinia is a fast growing evergreen broadleaf shrub. This shrub can take full sun but can get a little hot in the afternoon sun during the summer. It also likes to have regular water. The Photinia has large glossy green leaves throughout the year and all of its new growth is red making it very eye catching. It also has small clusters of white flowers in the spring.
