Burgundy Plum

Burgundy is an all around great home-garden plum, delicious for fresh eating, cooking, drying and in jams and jellies. Reddish-purple fruit with deep red flesh ripens early July but typically keeps well on the tree for several weeks. Self-fertile, Hardy, yet produces in mild climates, requiring just 250-350 winter chill hours, Deciduous.
